Global Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Verhees is an experienced Information Technology professional with more than 15 years in positions of progressive responsibility.

Formerly, Mr. Verhees has held positions including Chief Operations Officer for Integrated Network Services, a global technology services supplier, and Director Global IT Projects for British Telecom, a major international technology firm. Most recently Mr. Verhees was Global Director, Sales for STS International, Inc.

Since joining Cameo Global, Mr. Verhees has significantly expanded our business in Europe, creating growth for the Cameo Global team of over 250 percent over 2010 results in these markets. Mr. Verhees reports directly to the Global CEO and is available to support initiatives in the Americas, European Union, Central Europe, Middle East, and Northern Africa.

Global Chief Operating Officer

Kishore Jha is a co-founder of Cameo Global, Inc. (CGI), and the Chief Operating Officer of CGI. In this role Mr. Jha integrates the operations of the company across diverse offerings, broad geographies and oversees services to a premier, global customer base. Mr. Jha brings deep industry knowledge and extensive technical experience to the team. Prior to his role as Global COO, Mr. Jha was Global CEO of STS International, Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors. In nearly 20 years with STS, Mr. Jha acted in various executive capacities and has been responsible for driving the company’s quality delivery and financial performance for the recent decade. In his early career, Mr. Jha held engineering positions with the Fluor Daniel Corporation and the London Fire Brigade.

Mr. Jha holds several advanced degrees, including a Master of Science from London University. He has also taught advanced technical courses at California State University and other institutions of higher learning.

CEO, SendHub, Inc.

Mr. Mark Handermann is CEO of SendHub, Inc., an innovative Silicon Valley startup in the hosted SMS messaging space. SendHub was acquired by Cameo Global, Inc. in 2015 and was run by its founding team for the first full year following the acquisition. Mr. Handermann assumed the executive leadership role for the subsidiary as part of a strategy to reinstitute growth and profits for the business, leading to 200% increase in revenues in the first 3 quarters of his tenure.

Mr. Handermann was previously the founder of Cameo Solutions, Inc. and the original architect for Cameo’s signature product, CloudBlu™. Mr. Handermann was responsible for the overall business strategy, strategic investments, and management of Cameo’s enterprise and service provider businesses until the company was acquired by Cameo Global, Inc. in 2014.

Prior to Cameo Global, Mr. Handermann was a Partner in Wirespeed Networks from 2001-2006, a leading regional Cisco partner in the Unified Communications space. Wirespeed was successfully acquired by Analyst International in 2006. There, Mr. Handermann led the company’s contact center business unit and established the professional services practice.

Mr. Handermann is nationally recognized as an expert on communications, messaging, contact center solutions, including interactive voice response scripting and integration services. He also brings unique knowledge and experience in datacenters including managed and hosted services. Mr. Handermann is a graduate of Cincinnati Technical College, located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Global Chief Financial Officer

Brian Duling is the Global CFO overseeing financial operations and accounting for all the company’s subsidiaries and investments. Mr. Duling is a senior financial executive with over 25 years’ experience as a CFO, consultant, and board member for both private and publicly-held high tech firms. Mr. Duling has worked primarily in high tech industries – including wireless telephony, IT consulting, GPS, video surveillance, cloud computing, and software development (SaaS) industries. He was the VP-Finance and CFO for then-SBC Communications (NYSE: T) subsidiary Cellular One-Chicago.

After Cellular One, Mr. Duling subsequently held equity positions in three privately-held start-up companies, where as CFO he helped lead all three organizations to rapid, profitable growth and successful acquisitions by publicly-held firms. The acquiring firms were BlackBox Corporation (NASDAQ: BBOX), SPX Corporation (NYSE: SPX), and First Marblehead Corporation (NYSE: FMD), respectively.

Mr. Duling has additional public company experience from serving as CFO for Trimble Mobile Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of $9B market cap Trimble, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRMB), and currently sits on the fiduciary board of directors for Gainey Business Bancorp in Scottsdale, AZ and Cameo Global, Inc.

Mr. Duling has played the lead finance role in several mergers and acquisitions as well as numerous capital raises totaling in the hundreds of millions of dollars, has a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, IL.

VP, Finance & Audit

Beri B. Kasper, CPA, became initially involved with Cameo Global, Inc. in 1994 when the company consisted of 10 employees. As the company grew, their needs grew, and she has been an active member of their management team since February 1998 when she became an employee and stockholder. Ms. Kasper now serves as Vice President, Finance and Audit, and acts as a senior advisor to the Finance and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Kasper also has over twenty-five years of public accounting experience including five years with a national firm in their private business department. In 1992, Ms. Kasper started her own full service accounting firm in Concord, California where she continues to run a very successful full service accounting and tax practice. Her primary expertise has been providing quality financial statement, accounting and tax services to private companies and their owners. Ms. Kasper also sits on the Board of Directors of the Concord Diablo Rotary Club and is active in a number of community associations and initiatives benefiting young people.

CEO, Cameo Solutions, Inc.

Mr. Ed McCrossen the Chief Executive Officer of Cameo Solutions, Inc. (CSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cameo Global, Inc. Cameo Solutions, Inc. is a leading provider of cloud collaboration services and solutions. Since assuming this role, Mr. McCrossen has overseen a 300% growth in revenue since 2016 and has led the team in establishing CSI as the market leader in cloud collaboration, contact center and video services. Mr. McCrossen also leads the overall collaborations operations team for hosted, premise and managed services for our strategic global clients. Under Mr. McCrossen’s leadership, for example, CSI has been awarded the single largest implementation project in the United States for the CSI “CloudBlu” collaboration platform, a highly customized version of Cisco’s HCS.

Prior to joining CSI, Mr. McCrossen served as the President/COO and Director of Fiberlink Communications. At Fiberlink he transformed the company from a telecommunications service provider to a cloud based Mobile Device Management (MDM) company which provided SaaS solutions for the enterprise marketplace. Mr. McCrossen also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fiberlink International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiberlink.

During his career, Mr. McCrossen served in various executive leadership positions at Cisco Systems, Inc., including: VP of Enterprise Sales, AVP Federal Sales, and his most recent position as VP World Wide Software Sales within Cisco Systems from 1991 until 2002. Mr. McCrossen has also been the founder and director of several technology based firms including See Through Technologies and CellBack Partners.

Chief Engineering Officer

Mr. Paulson leads Cameo Solutions, Inc. (CSI)’s overall engineering and software development services. In these capacities, Greg has overall responsibility for CSI’s software Business Unit, strategic investments and daily management of Cameo’s contact center and collaboration business.

Mr. Paulson was a co-founder of Cameo Solutions, Inc. which he successfully contributed to growing to a profitable national IT business and was sold to STS International, Inc. in 2014.

Prior to his tenure at CSI, Greg was a co-owner of WireSpeed Networks and the Director of the highly successful IP Telephony practice after acquisition by Analysts International. An early supporter and promoter of Eco-System ‘partner to partner’ Cisco business concepts, Greg has also been active in end user focused computer networking (Cisco, 3Com) and early stage software start-ups (StarBurst Communications, WallData, Brixton Software, and Attachmate).

General Manager, Europe

Since joining Cameo Global, NV (CGNV) in 2011, Mr. Van Camp has significantly expanded the business in European countries. His efforts helped create growth of over 250 percent for the Cameo Global team over 2010 results in these markets. Mr. Van Camp reports directly to the Global CEO of Cameo Global, Inc. Mr. Van Camp is an experienced information technology professional with over 20 years in positions of progressive responsibility.

Formerly, Mr. Van Camp held leadership positions with Cisco Systems, Inc., a global technology services supplier. He acted as Chief of Staff for Cisco IT from 1996 to 2010. Prior to his tenure at Cisco Systems IT, Mr. Van Camp was also a Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Integrated Network Solutions, N.V.

Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Brannock is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Cameo Solutions, Inc. (CSI), and carries responsibilities for the parent company, Cameo Global, Inc. Mr. Brannock is responsible for the overall marketing, branding and strategic business development as well as cultivating Cameo’s national partner relationships.

Prior to this role, Tim was a Principal and VP of Sales at CSI which he successfully contributed to building to a profitable IT professional services organization, sold to STS International in 2014. Tim is now instrumental in the overall strategy and growth of the new larger company.

In his earlier career, Mr. Brannock spent 10 years at Cisco Systems, Inc. as a Global Account Manager responsible for overall sales and support for named accounts, e.g. General Electric on a global basis. Tim also worked at Bay Networks and Anixter Communications in various sales and management roles. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University, Oxford Ohio.
